How often to service a portable toilet depends on several factors, such as the number of attendees or workers, hours, and the number of days the unit is in service. At a minimum, we request servicing units at least weekly to ensure each porta-potty goes through our service and cleaning routine.
We attempt to place your portable toilet in the spot that you want. Three things to consider are level ground, proper lighting, and easy service access. Most vehicles have a 30-foot hose, so maintaining easy access to each unit is critical.
As a standard, weekly service includes pumping the tank and cleaning and sanitizing the interior and exterior of the portable toilet. We will restock all supplies, such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and replace or repair broken parts of the unit.
To ensure placement satisfaction, it’s recommended that a customer be present during delivery. However, if you cannot be present during delivery, an option is to provide pictures, a map view of the location, or an object of where to place the portable toilet.
